中医特色护理干预在重症监护室心衰患者护理中的效果观察

Effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention in nursing care of ICU patients with heart failure

目的:探讨中医特色护理干预在重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)心衰患者护理中的效果。方法:前瞻性研究,选取临沂市中医医院2019年1月-2019年12月收治的72例ICU心衰患者纳入本次研究。根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采取常规护理。观察组采取中医特色护理干预。观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量各指标评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理干预措施可有效改善ICU心衰患者的临床疗效及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing intervention in nursing care of ICU patients with heart failure.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 72 ICU patients with heart failure admitted to Shandong Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group received routine care.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM characteristic nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of ICU patients with heart failure,and it is worth popularizing.
