保元解毒汤干预肺癌癌因性疲乏的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baoyuan Jiedu decoction on Lung Cancer Related fatigue

目的:观察保元解毒汤对肺癌癌因性疲乏患者的中医证候及癌症疲乏相关量表评分的影响程度,总结保元解毒汤的治疗效果。方法:于新昌市人民医院名医馆收集符合诊断标准的癌因性疲乏患者33例,以核心病机为指导确定主方(保元解毒汤),在此基础辨证加减,疗程为1个月。制订简易疲乏量表(Brief Fatigue Inventory,BFI)及中医证候积分表进行评分,判定中药干预后的临床疗效及中医证候改善情况;应用匹茨堡睡眠质量量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)及生活质量量表(Quality of Life,QOL)等评价治疗前后患者睡眠及生活质量改善情况;纳入典型病例,连续1个多月进行症状动态变化观察,为中药干预癌因性疲乏提供证据支撑。结果:保元解毒汤干预后患者疲乏程度、临床症状、睡眠及生活质量较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:保元解毒汤可有效减轻患者疲乏程度,改善临床症状,提高睡眠及生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Baoyuan Jiedu decoction(保元解毒汤)on TCM syndromes and cancer fatigue related scale scores of lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue,and summarize the therapeutic effect of Baoyuan Jiedu decoction.Methods The 33 cases of cancer-related fatigue patients who met the diagnostic criteria were collected in the famous medical center of Xinchang people's hospital.Baoyuan Jiedu decoction,the main prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,was determined under the guidance of core pathogenesis.On this basis,the treatment course was 1 month.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the improvement of TCM syndromes after TCM Intervention by establishing BFI and TCM syndrome score table;to evaluate the improvement of sleep and quality of life of cancer-related fatigue patients before and after treatment by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and quality of life scale(QOL);to include typical cases and conduct dynamic changes of symptoms for 1 month To provide evidence support for traditional Chinese medicine intervention of cancer-related fatigue.Results The degree of fatigue,accompanying symptoms,sleep and quality of life was significantly improved after Chinese medicine intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoyuan Jiedu decoction can effectively reduce the degree of fatigue,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the sleep quality of patients with cancer-related fatigue.
