探讨肤痔清软膏溶水坐浴在痔、肛瘘术后护理中的作用

Effect of sitting bath in Fuzhiqing ointment aqueous solvent on nursing of hemorrhoids and anal fistula after operation

目的:本文旨在探讨肤痔清软膏溶水坐浴在痔、肛瘘术后患者护理中的作用,为医护治疗该病提供参考依据。方法:将成都肛肠专科医院所选取的研究对象随机等分成观察组及对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理加生理盐水坐浴;观察组采用常规护理加肤痔清软膏溶水坐浴。结果:通过对患者术后疼痛、水肿、出血等指标进行评分,对各项指标分别经统计学比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果显示肤痔清软膏溶水坐浴组在改善术后并发症方面优于对照组;且对两组疗效进行比较,观察组疗效95%(59/62),对照组疗效71%(44/62),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果显示观察组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:针对肛肠患者术后使用肤痔清软膏溶水坐浴加对应护理的治疗策略,能有效地减轻患者术后疼痛、水肿、出血等并发症,并可显著提高疗效,值得进一步推广。

Objective:The goal of this paper is to explore the role of sitting bath in Fuzhiqing ointment(肤痔清软膏)aqueous solvent in nursing of patients after hemorrhoid and anal fistula surgery,and to provide reference for medical treatment of this disease.Methods:The subjects in Chengdu Anorectal Specialist Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,in which the control group was treated with routine nursing and sitting bath with physiological saline,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing and sitting bath in the aqueous solvent of Fuzhiqing ointment.Results:By comparing the indexes of postoperative pain,edema and bleeding,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving postoperative complications.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.The efficacy of the observation group was 95%(59/62),and that of the control group was 71%(44/62),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:After operation,the treatment strategy of treating patients with sitting bath in Fuzhiqing ointment aqueous solvent and corresponding nursing can effectively ameliorate the complications including pain,edema,bleeding and so on,and it can significantly improve the curative effect.
