活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线在颅脑外伤患者术后康复中的应用效果

Application effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupoint catgut-embedding in postoperative rehabilitation of craniocerebral trauma patients

目的:研究颅脑外伤患者术后康复期接受活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线干预后的应用效果。方法:选取2015年12月-2019年12月颅脑外伤手术后,于台山市中医院接受康复治疗的患者70例,通过自愿原则将其分为对照、研究两组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规康复治疗干预;研究组在对照组的基础上,实施活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线干预。观察对照、研究两组的患者的运动功能恢复评分。结果:两组患者接受康复治疗前运动功能恢复评分数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)(40.27±10.13)分vs(40.86±10.32)分、(25.34±2.38)分vs(25.13±2.65)分,接受康复治疗后的运动功能恢复评分均较接受治疗前的运动功能恢复评分提高(60.52±1.35)分vs(40.27±10.13)分、(59.28±1.37)分vs(40.86±10.32)分、(30.45±3.25)分vs(25.34±2.38)分、(27.83±3.27)分vs(25.13±2.65)分,且研究组的运动功能恢复评分显著高于对照组的运动功能恢复评分(60.52±1.35分vs(59.28±1.37)分、(30.45±3.25)分vs(27.83±3.27)分,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀汤联合穴位埋线干预相较于传统康复治疗办法,加速了患者的运动功能恢复,起到更好的辅助治疗及帮助康复的作用,推荐使用。

Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction(活血化瘀汤)combined with acupoint catgut-embedding in postoperative rehabilitation period of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:A total of 70 patients who received rehabilitation treatment in Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine after craniocerebral trauma surgery from December 2015 to December 2019 were selected.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment intervention.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the study group received Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupoint catgut-embedding intervention.The motor function recovery scores of the two groups were observed and studied.Results:There was no significant difference in motor function recovery score between the two groups before rehabilitation treatment(40.27±10.13)points vs(40.86±10.32)points,(25.34±2.38)points vs(25.13±2.65)points.The scores of motor function recovery after rehabilitation treatment were all higher than those before treatment(60.52±1.35)points vs(40.27±10.13)points,(59.28±1.37)points vs(40.86±10.32)points,(30.45±3.25)points vs(25.34±2.38)points,(27.83±3.27)points vs(25.13±2.65)points.Moreover,the motor function recovery score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.52±1.35)points vs(59.28±1.37)points,and(30.45±3.25)points vs(27.83±3.27)points,and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupoint catgut-embedding intervention can accelerate the recovery of patients'motor function and plays a better role in auxiliary treatment and rehabilitation compared with traditional rehabilitation treatment methods.
