辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎验案举隅

Examples of treating COVID-19 by syndrome differentiation and treatment

在这场新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)阻击战中,中医药体现了明显优势。在治疗初期,宜从"湿""毒"入手,以清热解毒,祛湿化痰为主;在治疗后期,宜从"肺脾相关"论治,兼顾津液,以益气生津,扶正祛邪为主。现通过例举我院吴芳汀主任治疗新冠肺炎的3例验案,探讨新冠肺炎的中医诊治。

In this fight against the epidemic,TCM has shown a clear advantage.In the early stage of treatment,it is advisable to start with Shi(湿)and Du(毒),with the main purpose of Qingre Jiedu(清热解毒),Qushi Huatan(祛湿化痰).In the later stage of treatment,it is appropriate to treat from"Correlation of lung and spleen",Jiangu Jinye(兼顾津液),in order to achieve the purpose of benefiting Qi(益气)for promoting production of fluid and Fuzheng Quxie(扶正祛邪).Now,we will discuss the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in TCM by Director Wu Fangting.
