芎膝通络逐瘀汤治疗阴虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床研究

A study on treating type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy of the Yinxu Xueyu type with the Xiongxi Tongluo Zhuyu decoction

目的:观察芎膝通络逐瘀汤对阴虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后两组临床糖化血红蛋白(Hemoglobin A1c,Hb Alc)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hours Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 h PBG)、空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)、神经传导速度等指标水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组HbAlc、2h PBG、GLU、FIB水平均呈下降趋势,治疗组改善更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后末梢神经传导速度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:具有活血通络、益气养阴之功的芎膝通络逐瘀汤能明显改善临床症状、提高神经传导速度,在临床中具有重要的参考价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Xiongxi Tongluo Zhuyu decoction(芎膝通络逐瘀汤)on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy of the Yinxu Xueyu type(阴虚血瘀型).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The changes of HbAlc,2 h PBG,GLU,FIB and nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of HbAlc,2 h PBG,GLU,FIB in the treatment group were decreased,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiongxi Tongluo Zhuyu decoction shows a effect of Huoxue Tongluo(活血通络)and Yiqi Yangyin(益气养阴),can significantly improve clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity,which has important reference value in clinical practice.
