麻杏薏甘汤加味治疗手湿疹52例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 52 cases of hand eczema with the Maxing Yigan decoction

目的:观察麻杏薏甘汤加味治疗手部湿疹的疗效。方法:采用随机分组、对照观察的方法将92例手部湿疹的患者分为观察组52例和对照组40例,观察组给予麻杏薏甘汤加味(颗粒剂)口服,每日2次,每次1袋;对照组给予湿毒清片口服,每日3次,每次4片,两组均治疗4周,观察治疗前后手部皮损及瘙痒度改善的情况,以及两组药物不良反应。结果:两组治疗4周后临床症状改善情况有明显差别,治疗后观察组皮损消退程度、瘙痒度的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组。组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:麻杏薏甘汤加味治疗手部湿疹疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Maxing Yigan decoction(麻杏薏甘汤加味)on hand eczema.Methods:A total of 92 patients with hand eczema were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group of 52 cases and the control group 40 cases.The observation group was given the Maxing Yigan decoction(granules)orally,twice a day.The control group was given Shiduqing tablets(湿毒清片)orally,3 times a day,4 tablets each time.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The improvement of hand skin lesions and pruritus before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:There was a significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.After treatment,the improvement of skin lesions and pruritus in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Maxing Yigan decoction is effective on hand eczema.
