护理专业学位研究生职业素养培养现况调查 被引量:3

Investigation on the status quo of professional quality cultivation of nursing postgraduates with Master of Nursing Specialist

摘要 目的:了解现有护理专业学位研究生职业素养认知及培养中需要改进之处,根据调查结果更好地优化职业素养的课程设计和培养路径。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对200名护理专业学位硕士研究生通过问卷星进行调查。结果:33.5%的护理硕士专业学位对职业素养内涵知晓,63.5%的护理硕士专业学位研究生认为学校的课程设计对职业素养的综合培养欠缺,学生普遍认为学校以及医院要加强重视职业素养的培训,丰富培训内涵。结论:探索及优化护理专业硕士(MNS)职业素养培养的路径,培养具有社会竞争力的较高职业素养技能型的护理人才。 Objective:To investigate and understand the need for improvement in the cognition and training of professional quality among graduate students with Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS)and to better optimize the curriculum design and training path of professional quality based on the survey results.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 200 MNS graduate students through the Wenjuanxing platform.Results:A total of 33.5%of the MNS graduate students were aware of the connotation of professional quality,and 63.5%of them believed that the curriculum design of the school lacked the comprehensive training of professional quality.The students generally believed that schools and hospitals should strengthen the training of professional quality and enrich training content.Conclusions:It was important to explore and optimize the path of MNS professional quality training,and to cultivate nursing talents with higher professional quality and social competitiveness.
