摘要
针对以往结合面法向接触刚度分形模型在理论计算上存在的问题,对结合面单个微凸体弹性接触阶段法向刚度,单个微凸体弹塑性接触变形阶段的法向载荷以及法向刚度进行改进,进而建立了综合考虑微凸体弹性、塑性以及弹塑性两个阶段此三种变形机制的结合面法向接触刚度分形模型。模型理论预测值与实验值的对比结果可见,所建模型能较好地预测结合面法向接触刚度,表明了其正确性与可靠性,验证了理论改进算法的有效性。所建模型可用于相关的分析与计算,为进一步对结合面动态刚度特性的研究提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the theoretical analysis of the normal contact stiffness model of the joint surface,Applying the idea of extremes and basic fractal theory,An algorithm for correcting the normal stiffness of the elastic contact phase of a single asperity at the interface and an improved algorithm of the normal load and the normal stiffness of the elastoplastic contact deformation phase was proposed.And then,a normal contact stiffness model of joint interfaces was presented with consideration of elastic,elastic-plastic and plastic deformation.The comparison between the theoretical predictions of the model and the experimental values shows its correctness and reliability,which can be used for related theoretical analysis and calculation.
