论习水发展民宿旅游优势、问题及对策

On the Advantages,Problems and Countermeasures of Xishui in Developing Residential Tourism

党的十九大报告提出要“实施乡村振兴战略”,而发展民宿旅游是实施乡村振兴的有力抓手。习水区位环境良好、交通条件便利、气候凉爽舒适、生态环境优美、有机生态农产品丰富,具有发展民宿旅游得天独厚的优势。但习水民宿旅游在发展过程中也出现了一系列问题如民宿发展滞后、规划布局分散、经营者素质不高等。针对拥有的优势和存在的问题,习水发展民宿旅游时应该从六个方面着手:一是利用优美自然环境,精心做好生态文章;二是从宏观微观层面,合理规划布局;三是不断增加民宿床位,满足度假游客需求;四是突出民宿特色,树立口碑形象;五是通过各种途径,提升经营者素质;六是按民宿标准化要求,完善配套基础设施。

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposes to"implement the strategy of rural revitalization",and the development of residential tourism is a strong starting point for the implementation of rural revitalization.Xishui enjoys unique advantages in the development of residential tourism such as a good location environment,convenient traffic conditions,cool and comfortable climate,beautiful ecological environment,and being rich in organic ecological agricultural products,.However,there are also a series of problems in the development of Xishui residential tourism,such as the lagging development of residential accommodation,scattered planning and layout,low quality of operators and so on.In view of the advantages and existing problems,Xishui should start from six aspects when developing residential tourism:the first is to make good ecological development by making use of the beautiful natural environment;the second is to make reasonable planning and layout from the macro and micro level;the third is to continuously increase the number of residential beds to meet the needs of holiday tourists;the fourth is to highlight the characteristics of residential accommodation and establish a reputation image;the fifth is to improve the quality of operators through various ways;and the sixth is to improve the supporting infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of residential accommodation standardization.
