摘要
0-3岁婴幼儿的身心健康发展需要良好的早期教育,学前教育长期积极社会效应的突显也离不开有效的早期教育。在贵州构建0-3岁婴幼儿社区早教服务体系,是扩大贵州学前教育公平的有效途径。研究认为,社区早教体系的构建,要以城区为试点,再辐射到广大农村地区;要通过政府出台相应的政策,扩大早期教育规模,号召公众关注早期教育,并为其提供稳定的财政支持;可以通过以早期教育机构为基础,以示范幼儿园为依托,以项目化建设为载体,以高校专业建设为助力等方式,有效推进0-3岁婴幼儿社区早教服务体系的构建。
The physical and mental development of 0-3-year-old infants needs good early education,and the long-term positive social effect of pre-school education can not be separated from effective early education.The establishment of community early Education Service System for 0-3-year-old infants in Guizhou is an effective way to expand the fairness of preschool education in Guizhou.The research holds that the construction of community early education system should take the urban area as the pilot area,and then radiate to the vast rural areas;the scale of early education should be expanded through the relevant policies of the government,and the public should be called upon to pay attention to early education,and to provide stable financial support for it;it can be achieved by taking early education institutions as the basis,taking model kindergartens as the basis,taking project-based construction as the carrier,and taking university specialty construction as the impetus,etc.,effectively promoting the construction of community early education service system for 0-3-year-old infants.
