磁共振多模态检查技术对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑白质损伤的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振多模态技术对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑白质损伤(hypoxic-ischemic brain damage,HIBD)早期影像学表现、评价其早期诊断价值。方法:收集2018年6月—2020年4月西藏阜康医院临床诊断为新生儿窒息40例新生儿影像学资料,进行常规磁共振检查及多模态磁共振检查。分析两组图像在HIBD病灶诊断中的诊断价值。结果:磁共振多模态检查与常规检查相比,前者确诊率明显高于后者;在胼胝体及其周围脑白质损伤、脑室周围缺血性损伤及脑干、小脑脑白质损伤的诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在皮层及分水岭区的脑白质损伤及脑室旁出血性损伤的诊断中,前者优于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振多模态检查对新生儿HIBD诊断效果理想,更有助于早期诊断,值得推广应用。
