石学慧教授使用揿针配合电针治疗面肌痉挛的临床经验

Clinical experience of Professor Shi Xuehui in treating hemifacial spasm by press-acupuncture plus electro-acupuncture

面肌痉挛是针灸科的常见疾病之一,其病程长,较难自愈,具有一定的复发率。临床上最常使用的治疗方式是针灸,治疗效果明显,且不良反应小。笔者在跟随石学慧教授的学习过程中发现,揿针配合电针治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著,文章总结石学慧教授的临床经验,为临床治疗提供参考。

Hemifacial spasm is one of the common diseases in acupuncture department,has a long course,is hard to be healthy by itself,and with a certain recurrence.The most frequently used clinical method is acupuncture.The curative effect is significant,with few adverse reactions.In the process of studying with Professor Shi Xuehui,the author found that lift-acupuncture plus electro-acupuncture on hemifacial spasm showed a significant clinical effect.So the clinical experience of Professor Shi Xuehui will be summarized to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
