摘要
目的:研究脑电仿生电刺激治疗在脑梗死早期应用对肢体偏瘫的疗效。方法:选取120例以肢体偏瘫为主要表现的脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上早期给予脑电仿生电刺激治疗,于治疗前,治疗10天,分别观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力的评分情况。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后评分有差别,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死早期给予脑电仿生电刺激治疗可辅助改善肢体偏瘫障碍,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of electroencephalographic bionic electrical stimulation therapy on limb hemiplegia in early stage of cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine.The treatment group was given EEG bionic electrical stimulation treatment in early stage more.Results:Scores between two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early treatment of cerebral infarction with electroencephaloid bionic electrical stimulation can help improve limb hemiplegia disorders,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
