温阳疏肝汤和艾司唑仑片治疗失眠(阳虚肝郁证)的临床效果对比

Effective comparison of the Wenyang Shugan decoction and estazolam tablets on insomnia(the Yangxu Ganyu syndrome)

目的:探讨温阳疏肝汤和艾司唑仑片治疗失眠(阳虚肝郁证)临床效果的差异。方法:选取2017年1月1日-2019年6月30日于我院中医科门诊就诊的失眠(阳虚肝郁证)患者113例,根据治疗方法分为西药组(55例)及中药组(58例)。西药组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,中药组采用温阳疏肝汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分变化情况及药物不良反应发生率。结果:中药组治疗总有效率高于西药组,治疗后中药组PSQI评分低于西药组,5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)高于西药组,中医症状积分低于西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组与西药组患者药物不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳疏肝汤治疗失眠(阳虚肝郁证)效果显著,显著改善患者睡眠质量,且不良反应未增加,具有较好的临床应用价值及推广意义。

Objective:To explore the difference of clinical effect between the Wenyang Shugan decoction(温阳疏肝汤)and estazolam tablets on insomnia of the Yangxu Ganyu syndrome(阳虚肝郁证).Methods:113 patients were divided into the Western medicine group(55 cases)and TCM medicine group(58 cases)according to the treatment method.The Western medicine group was treated with estazolam tablets,while the TCM medicine group was treated with the Wenyang Shugan decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the TCM medicine group was higher than the Western medicine group.After treatment,the PSQI score in the TCM medicine group was lower,the 5-HT was higher,and the TCM symptom score was lower than the Western medicine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of adrerse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Wenyang Shugan decoction on insomnia of the Ynagxu Ganyu syndrome shows a significant effect,can significantly improve the sleep quality,without increasing adverse reactions,and is good clinical application value and promotion significance.
