中药熏蒸联合椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析

An analysis of TCM medicine fumigation plus percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy on lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨中药熏蒸联合椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年8月-2019年2月的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例,治疗组予以中药熏蒸联合椎间孔镜手术治疗,对照组单独予以椎间孔镜手术治疗,记录两组术前、术后10 d、术后3个月、术后6个月的腰腿痛(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability Index,ODI),术后终末期随访按照Nakai标准评价总体优良率。结果:手术前,两组VAS评分和ODI指数无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组间术后10 d、术后3个月、术后6个月与术前VAS评分和ODI指数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),终末期疗效按照Nakai标准评价总体优良率,两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:椎间孔镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症近期临床效果满意,并发症少,联合中药熏蒸治疗可以提高临床效果,减轻疼痛,恢复腰椎功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the short-term clinical effect of TCM medicine fumigation plus percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:72 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group used TCM medicine fumigation plus percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,while the control group only received intervertebral foramen surgery.VAS score and ODI index in 10 days before and after operation were recorded,and 3 months and 6 months after surgery were analyzed.The Nakai standard was used for postoperative follow-up end-stage.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score and ODI index between the groups preoperative(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between two groups in VAS score and ODI index before operation and 10 days and 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the final follow-up with Nakai standard(P>0.05).Conclusion:The recent clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy treatment lumbar disc herniation is satisfactory,with fewer complications,and combined with chinese herbal fumigation can improve the clinical effect,reduce pain,restore lumbar function and improve the quality of life.
