自制中药坐浴方熏洗对混合痔术后患者创面水肿程度、疼痛评分的影响

Efficacy of fumigation and washing of self-made TCM medicine demibain on wound edema and pain score of patients with mixed hemorrhoids operation

目的:探讨自制中药坐浴方熏洗对混合痔术后患者创面水肿程度、疼痛评分的影响。方法:选取医院2017年9月-2019年10月期间诊治的108例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,并按随机抽签法分组:对照组(54例)术后应用高锰酸钾坐浴熏洗法,研究组(54例)应用自制中药坐浴方熏洗,就两组患者术后创面水肿程度、疼痛评分变化、住院时间以及创面愈合时间差异进行统计学分析。结果:(1)研究组患者的创面愈合总体有效率高于对照组(χ2=4.960,P=0.026);(2)术后1周,研究组的水肿评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组(t=67.726、29.995,P=0.000、0.000);(3)研究组患者的创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组(t=6.528、7.810,P=0.000、0.000)。结论:自制中药坐浴方熏洗对混合痔术后患者创面水肿程度、疼痛症状均有正性影响,可促使创面快速消肿、愈合,减轻疼痛感,改善创面愈合效果,可借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the effect of homemade TCM medicine demibain prescription on the degree of wound edema and pain score of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:108 cases were divided into groups according to random drawing:the control group(54 cases)received potassium permanganate demibain after surgery washing method.The study group(54 cases)used self-made TCM medicine for bathing and fumigation,and statistically analyzed the differences in the degree of wound edema,pain score changes,hospital stay and wound healing time between the two groups.Results:(1)The overall effective rate of wound healing in the study group was higher than the control group(χ2=4.960,P=0.026).(2)One week after operation,the edema score and pain score in the study group were lower than the control group(t=67.726,29.995,P=0.000,0.000).(3)The wound healing time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than the control group(t=6.528,7.810,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion:The Self-made TCM medicine bathing prescription has a positive effect on the degree of wound edema and pain symptoms of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.It can promote the rapid swelling and healing of the wound,reduce the pain,and improve the wound healing effect,which can be used for reference.
