摘要
目的:探讨数字OT评估与训练系统对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的影响。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲的研究方法。将2018年8月-2019年12月在我院诊断为脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的60名患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用康复常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上,加用数字OT评估与训练系统治疗。使用蒙特利尔认知评估量表、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表、运动评定量表上肢部分、改良Barthel指数,比较两组治疗前后的疗效差异。结果:治疗后,试验组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表、运动评定量表上肢部分、改良Barthel指数评分均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组对上述4个评分的改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字OT评估与训练系统能改善脑卒中上肢功能障碍和日常生活能力。
Objective:Exploring the impact of digital OT assessment and training system on upper limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods:A randomized,controlled,single-blind research method was used.60 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment.Based on the control group,the experimental group was treated by digital OT evaluation and training system.The FMA-UE,MAS-UE and modified Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the MoCA,FMA-UE,MAS-UE,and modified Barthel index scores in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.001),and the improvement of the above three scores in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital OT assessment and training system could improve stroke upper limb dysfunction and daily living ability.
