穴位埋线治疗肥胖症的研究进展

肥胖症是一种体内脂肪过多蓄积或体质量超重的状态,世界卫生组织(WHO)明确认定肥胖症已是全球最大的慢性疾病。全球疾病负担研究显示,截至到2015年,全球共有6.037亿成人为肥胖,总体患病率为12.0%。肥胖会影响外观美并会造成心理压力,而且是脑血管病、高血压病、糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)等慢性病的高危因素,是癌症的易患因素,如何减肥成为世界关注的热点问题。中医治疗肥胖包括口服药物、针刺、拔罐、穴位埋线等,埋线减肥以其独特的疗效,便捷安全适应症广的优势,逐渐受到人们的重点关注和喜爱,人们视之为"绿色"减肥。大量临床报道疗效显著。为了探索和提高穴位埋线在肥胖患者中的临床效果,本文将近年穴位埋线减肥的相关文献做一个综述。

Obesity is a state of excessive accumulation of body fat or overweight,and has been identified as the world’s largest chronic disease by WHO.According to the global burden of disease research,by 2015,there were 603.7 million adults who were obese,with an overall prevalence of 12.0%.Obesity will affect the appearance of beauty and cause psychological pressure,and it is a highrisk factor of cerebrovascular disease,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases,and it is a risk factor of cancer.How to lose weight has become a hot issue in the world.TCM treatment of obesity includes oral medicine,acupuncture,cupping,acupoint catgut embedding and so on.Catgut embedding has been paid more and more attention and loved by people because of its unique efficacy,convenience,safety and wide indications,with good efficacy.In order to explore and improve the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in obese patients,this paper reviews the literature related to treat weight loss by catgut embedding at acupoints in recent years.
