基于下垂控制的微电网混合储能系统调频策略 被引量:10

摘要 在微电网运行过程中功率的波动会影响系统频率的稳定性,储能装置可以有效抑制频率波动。针对不同储能装置特性和SOC状态,本文提出一种新的基于传统下垂控制的混合储能系统控制方法,混合储能装置选用互补性强的蓄电池和超级电容,超级电容担任主要频率控制单元快速提供功率响应频率变化,蓄电池响应负载的功率变化,并参与频率的二次调节,另外还考虑了不同蓄电池的SOC状态,在控制过程中均衡蓄电池SOC。最后基于Matlab/Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证所提策略的有效性。 The power fluctuation during the operation of the micro-grid will affect the stability of the system frequency,which can be suppressed effectively by the energy storage device.In view of the characteristics of different energy storage devices and the state of SOC,a kind of new hybrid energy storage system control method based on traditional droop control is proposed in this paper.The hybrid energy storage device uses the batteries and super capacitors with strong complementarity.The latter acts as the main frequency control unit to provide quickly the power response frequency change,while,the former responds to the power change of load and participates in the secondary regulation of the frequency.In addition,the SOC state of different batteries is also considered and the battery SOC can is equalized in the control process.Finally,the simulation model is set up based on Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
