摘要
新型“隔离型”氢氟醚———1-乙氧基-1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟-2-(全氟丙氧基)丙烷,由六氟环氧丙烷二聚体与硫酸二乙酯经烷基化反应合成,其结构经红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)和核磁共振氟谱(^(19)F-NMR)分析得到确证。该氢氟醚无刺激性气味,具有良好的环境性能和物理化学性能。研究了该氢氟醚与常规溶剂的相溶性以及与醇类物质的共沸,为其进一步应用开发奠定了基础。
A novel segregated hydrofluoroether,1-ethoxy-1,1,2,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-(perfluoropropoxy)propane,was synthesized by alkylation of hexafluoropropylene oxide dimer and diethyl sulfate.The hydrofluoroether structure was confirmed by FT-IR,^(1)H-NMR and ^(19)F-NMR.The hydrofluoroether has no irritating odor,and has good environmental and physicochemical properties.The miscibility of the hydrofluoroether with conventional solvents and the azeotrope of the hydrofluoroether with alcohols were further investigated,which laid a foundation for the further application of the hydrofluoroether.
