摘要
交通区域协调联动控制与一体化服务及相关关键技术研究,包括对异常数据进行识别并筛选的融合处理,对无实时车辆定位数据路段的交通状态进行计算,通过交通模型采集历史数据和相邻路段数据进行测算,采用分区定位技术提高地图匹配精度具有独特性。在传统城市交通规划中引入实时采集的动态交通信息理念,建立在线一体化集成出行服务平台,数据模型标定、动态参数融合、模板图表输出和交通规划设计业务。服务系统提供区域化交通联控服务,交通报表、专业数据在线查询、统计分析、空间数据技术在交通区域协调联动控制、交通信息服务应用方面有创新性。为交通区域协调联动控制发展做出示范作用,研究过程利用定性与定量结合的系统集成服务分析方法,将系统集成的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、工程建设、单体测试、联调运行、竣工验收等关键过程统一规划并动态监控,实现了全过程运作建设与控制管理体系。
Research on the coordinated linkage control and integrated services of traffic areas and related key technologies,including the fusion processing of identifying and screening abnormal data,calculating the traffic status of road sections without real-time vehicle positioning data,collecting historical data and relative data through traffic models to calculate,and the use of zone positioning technology to improve map matching accuracy is unique.The concept of dynamic traffic information collected in real time is introduced into traditional urban traffic planning,and an online integrated travel service platform is established,including data model calibration,dynamic parameter fusion,template chart output and traffic planning and design.The service system provides regional traffic control services,and is innovative in the application of traffic reports,online query of professional data,statistical analysis and other technologies,spatial data technology in the coordinated and linked control of traffic areas and traffic information services.It makes a demonstration for the development of coordinated linkage control in traffic area.In the research process,the system integration service analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative methods was used to plan and dynamically monitor the key processes of system integration,such as requirements analysis,outline design,detailed design,engineering construction,single test,joint debugging and operation,completion acceptance,etc.,so as to realize the whole process operation construction and control management system.
