Supply chain management is an important management mode in prefabricated building.This paper deeply analyzes the bottleneck problems behind the supply chain management of prefabricated building,demonstrates the relationship between prefabricated building and supply chain management mode,and proposes strategies to improve the effectiveness of prefabricated building supply chain management mode from the perspective of standardized supply chain management mode.
