海绵城市规划,优化城市性能,是新时代城市发展的必然趋势。文章从城市规划入手,从海绵城市的意义原则和规划设计等方面详细分析海绵城市的实践建设。
Sponge city planning and urban performance optimization are the inevitable trend of urban development in the new era.Starting from the urban planning,this paper analyzes the practical construction of sponge city in detail from the aspects of the meaning principle and planning and design of sponge city.
