摘要 深基坑施工是超高层建筑施工中的重要内容,深基坑施工质量直接影响着超高层建筑的整体质量及其建成后的稳定性。目前,深基坑施工中还面临着诸多问题,因此有必要对BIM技术进行有效应用,对深基坑施工提供良好帮助。文章对超高层建筑深基坑施工面临的问题及BIM技术的应用思路进行了分析,结合某超高层建筑深基坑施工实例介绍了BIM技术的应用。 The construction of deep foundation pit is an important part of super high-rise building construction,and the construction quality of deep foundation pit directly affects the overall quality of super high-rise building and its stability after completion.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of deep foundation pit,so it is necessary to effectively apply BIM technology to provide good help for the construction of deep foundation pit.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the deep foundation pit construction of super highrise buildings and the application ideas of BIM technology,and introduces the application of BIM technology in combination with the deep foundation pit construction example of a super high-rise building.
