摘要
为了得知大型龙门吊在古运河软弱地基上运行过程中其轨道是否具备足够的承载安全性,采用Midas Civil软件模拟地基轨道梁受到的作用力,将梁体和垫层与地基之间的相互作用模拟成弹簧体。选取龙门吊单侧轨道基础进行三维空间建模,并对各种结构赋予各自材料特性,通过对拟定尺寸的钢轨基础的受力计算,得到混凝土基础梁和垫层底受到的竖向反力最值,然后计算单元的底面尺寸,并将最值离散到底面从而得到需要的基底对地面的承载能力要求。
In order to know whether the track of the large gantry crane had sufficient bearing security during its operation on the soft foundation of the ancient canal,Midas Civil software was used to simulate the acting force on the track beam on the foundation,and the interaction between the beam body,the cushion and the foundation was simulated as a spring body.The single-side track foundation of gantry crane was selected for three-dimensional space modeling,and each structure was given its own material characteristics.By calculating the force of the rail foundation with the proposed size,the maximum value of the vertical reaction force on the concrete foundation beam and the bottom of the cushion was obtained,and then the size of the bottom of the unit was calculated,and the maximum value was discretized to the bottom surface,so as to obtain the required bearing capacity of the base to the ground.
