“‘线上+线下’混合式”培训助力农村中学英语教师职业发展 被引量:1

On the Online+Offline Blended Trainning Programme for the Professional Development of English Teachers in High Schools of the Rural Areas

摘要 根据课题前期调研结果显示,笔者所在扶贫县部分农村教学点教师在课程设计及实践方面实施有效教学能力略显不足,缺乏对《英语课程标准》中培养学生核心素养的语言能力、学习能力、文化意识和思维品质融合的融合能力。笔者设计“国培计划”项目,指向核心素养落地的扶贫攻坚、精准帮扶、助力农村中学教学点英语教师职业发展的教研活动,实施“‘线上+线下’混合式培训”,为农村中学英语教师提供专业辅导,促进农村中学英语教师职业发展。 According to the survey to explore teachers’teaching abilities in the counties of Handan City,it is shown that part of the English teachers in the rural areas is not good at the curriculum design and delivering of the effective teaching.Some teachers could not help the students to integrate the linguistic competence,learning ability,cultural awareness and thinking ability to promote themselves.This training programme including the online and offline blended training aims at helping teachers in the rural areas to develop their abilities in English teaching.It is hoped that targeted poverty alleviation could be achieved in the rural areas with the help of promotion of English teaching quality.
