2-溴-9-芴酮的合成工艺研究

摘要 以工业级2-溴芴为原料,通过氧化反应制备得到2-溴-9-芴酮,并对反应条件进行了优化选择。实验结果表明,较佳反应条件为四氢呋喃作溶剂,2-溴芴与催化剂摩尔比为1.0∶0.5、45℃下反应3 h,所得2-溴-9-芴酮的产率为95.3%,纯度质量分数为99.5%。 Through using industrial-grade 2-bromofluorene as the raw material,2-bromo-9-fluorenone is prepared by oxidation reaction,and the reaction conditions are optimized.The experimental results show that the optimal reaction conditions are:tetrahydrofuran as the solvent,the molar ratio of 2-bromofluorene to catalyst is 1.0∶0.5,and the reaction is carried out at 45℃for 3 hours.The yield of 2-bromo-9-fluorenone obtained is 95.3%,and the purity quality score is 99.5%.
