基于脾肾论治的健脾益肾法治疗中老年女性中度压力性尿失禁的疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Tonifying Spleen and Kidney Therapy on Moderate Stress Urinary Incontinence in Middle-aged and Elderly Women Based on Spleen Kidney Treatment

观察基于脾肾论治的健脾益肾法治疗中老年女性中度压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用盆底肌康复训练方法,治疗组采用基于脾肾论治的健脾益肾法治疗,观察并比较两组治疗后的疗效。两组治疗3月后的1 h尿垫试验、ICI-Q-SF调查问卷、快慢肌纤维肌电位变化情况均取得了显著效果(P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组比较效果更显著(P<0.01)。应用中药基于脾肾论治的健脾益肾法治疗中老年女性中度压力性尿失禁具有良好的临床疗效。

The research observes the clinical effect of spleen-kidney therapy on stress urinary incontinence in middle-aged and elderly women.The patients are randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group is treated with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training method,and the treatment group is treated with method of tonifying spleen and kidney based on spleen kidney treatment.Curative effects after treatment of two groups are compared.1h urinal pad test,ICI-Q-SF questionnaire,and myopotentivities of fast and slow muscle fibers of the two groups are significantly improved(P<0.01)after 3 months of treatment,and the improvement is more significant between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The application of traditional Chinese medicine and tonifying spleen and kidney therapy on moderate pressure urinary incontinence in middle-aged and elder women has good clinical effect.
