阴部神经主要支配会阴部。阴部神经阻滞后的镇痛效果确切,已用于会阴部产科、妇科微创手术、泌尿外科和肛肠科等手术的镇痛与治疗。阴部神经阻滞为局部神经阻滞,对患者的影响小,并发症少,辅助神经阻滞仪和超声引导后的效果更加确切。

The pudendal nerve mainly dominates the perineum,and the pudendal nerve block has good analgesic effect.It has been used in analgesia and treatment in Obstetrics,Gynecological Minimally Invasive Surgery,Urinary Surgery,Proctology Department,and so on.Pudendal nerve block is local.It has little influence on the patients,with less complication.After assisting nerve block apparatus and ultrasonic guidance,there is more exact effect.
