针药结合治疗肝郁脾虚血瘀型慢性胰腺炎及血清炎症因子的改善效果分析

Treatment of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine on Chronic Pancreatitis of the Type of Stagnation of Liver Qi,Spleen Deficiency and Blood Stasis,and Analysis of the Improvement Effect of Serum Inflammatory Factor

观察针药结合治疗慢性胰腺炎肝郁脾虚血瘀证及血清炎症因子的改善效果。选取鸡西市恒山区人民医院就诊的50例慢性胰腺炎肝郁脾虚血瘀证患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予西医治疗,研究组加行针药结合治疗,将治疗前后的血清炎症因子纳入组间对比。治疗前两组的IL-6和IL-8水平经统计学对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组的IL-6和IL-8水平均比治疗前有所降低,研究组的IL-6和IL-8水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。针药结合对慢性胰腺炎肝郁脾虚血瘀证疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的血清炎症因子水平。

The research observes the effect of the treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine on chronic pancreatitis of the type of stagnation of liver qi,spleen deficiency and blood stasis,and the improvement of serum inflammatory factor.50 patients with chronic pancreatitis of the type of stagnation of liver qi,spleen deficiency and blood stasis in People’s Hospital of Hengshan District are selected,and they are randomly divided into control group and research group.Control group receive western medicine treatment,and research group receive acupuncture combined with medicine treatment.Serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment of two groups are compared.There is no statistically significant difference in IL-6 and IL-8 levels of two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of two groups decreases,and IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the research group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine has significant effect on chronic pancreatitis of the type of stagnation of liver qi,spleen deficiency and blood stasis,and it can effectively improve patients’serum inflammatory factor level.
