胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动的临床疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Amiodarone Treatment on Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Atrial Fibrillation

观察胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动的临床疗效。选取68例急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用普罗帕酮治疗,观察组采用胺碘酮治疗,分析两组的疗效和不良反应。研究结果显示,观察组控制心房颤动的有效率高达97.06%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05),观察组治疗48 h后心率降低至(72.8±4.1)次/min,观察组的不良反应均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动具有良好的临床疗效和安全性,能有效控制患者的心房颤动,降低心率及不良反应发生率。

The research observes the curative effect of Amiodarone treatment on acute myocardial infarction combined with atrial fibrillation.68 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with atrial fibrillation are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 34 patients in each group.Control group receive Propafenone treatment,and observation group receive Amiodarone treatment.Curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups analyzed.The research results show that the effective rate of controlling atrial fibrillation reaches 97.06%,which is significantly higher than 82.35%in control group(P<0.05).Heart rate after 48 h treatment of observation group decreases to(72.8±4.1)times/min,and the adverse reaction of observation group is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Amiodarone treatment on acute myocardial infarction combined with atrial fibrillation has good curative effect and safety.It can effectively control the atrial fibrillation of the patients,and reduce the heart rate and adverse reaction rate.
