复方鱼腥草糖浆联合头孢唑啉治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果研究

Research of Curative Effect of Compound Houttuynia Syrup Combined with Cefazoline Treatment on Infantile Pneumonia

探究复方鱼腥草糖浆联合头孢唑啉治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。选取46例肺炎患儿,按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,比较两组的临床症状改善情况及治疗效果。治疗组的发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部湿罗音等症状改善时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。复方鱼腥草糖浆联合头孢唑啉可显著改善小儿肺炎的临床症状。

The research explores the curative effect of Compound Houttuynia Syrup combined with Cefazoline treatment on infantile pneumonia.46 children with pneumonia are selected,and they are divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table.Clinical symptom improvement situation and curative effect of two groups are compared.The improvement time of symptoms,such as fever,cough,anhelation and lung moist rales,is significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Compound Houttuynia Syrup combined with Cefazoline can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of infantile pneumonia.
