环境统计存在的问题及建议

Problems of Environmental Statistics and Suggestions

为更好地做好环境统计工作,指出了环境统计工作中存在的问题,即统计范围、统计指标、核算等问题。提出了加强环境统计的建议,应逐步扩大统计范围,增加统计指标,注重生活源水污染物排放量的核算,以机动车燃油消耗量校核移动源污染物排放量,加强环境统计成果应用。

In order to do better in environmental statistics,the research points out the problems in environmental statistics,i.e.the scope and index of statistics,and business accounting.Suggestions of strengthening environment statistics are proposed,i.e.to gradually enlarge statistics scope,increase statistical index,pay attention to the business accounting of emission amount of living source water,check emission amount of moving sources through comparing with fuel consumption of motor vehicles,and strengthen result application of environment statistics.
