In order to optimize the management model of enterprise and public institutions,and improve office efficiency,the research analyzes the office automation and computer system application,and the application practice of information and data processing,data transmission,judgment and decision-making.Countermeasures of optimizing office automation and computer application are proposed,i.e.improve staff quality,perfect management system,and improve application technology level.
