Impact of Unemployment on China’s Economy in the Context of COVID-19

分析了新冠疫情后我国的失业数据。应对失业问题的政策主要是坚持以解决供给侧结构性改革问题为工作主线,加大“六稳”专项工作力度,多管齐下,稳定就业,推动新业态转型,鼓励发展灵活就业模式。受疫情影响,就业问题突出,小微企业遭受重创,市场需求降低,大学生就业形势严峻,对农民工返岗产生影响。提出了新冠疫情下的就业对策,应加强就业服务管理,落实就业优先政策,持久政策扶持小微企业,鼓励企业转型自救,降低生活成本,扶持农民工群体就业。

The research analyzes the unemployment data in China after the outbreak of COVID-19.The corresponding policy for unemployment problem focuses mainly on regarding the solving of supply-side structural reform as the principal line of the work,increasing“six stable points”special project working force,adopting multi-pronged approach,stabilizing employment,promoting new commercial activities transition,and encouraging flexible employment model.Influenced by COVID-19 epidemic,the employment problem is serious,small and micro business suffer great challenges,market demand decreases,the problem of the employment of college graduates is serious,and there is problem in migrant workers returning to their posts.Employment countermeasures under COVID-19 epidemic are proposed,i.e.to strengthen the employment service management,implement pro-employment policy,adopt continuous policy support for small and micro business,encourage enterprise transformation,reduce living cost,and support the group employment of migrant workers.
