521例0~4岁儿童死亡原因及相关因素分析

Analysis of Death Causes of 521 Children of 0~4 Years Old and the Relative Factors

分析南京市栖霞区5岁以下儿童死亡情况,探讨死亡原因及相关因素,提出相应的干预措施,以更好地做好5岁以下儿童的保健工作。回顾性分析1996—2019年常住在南京市栖霞区5岁以下死亡儿童的资料。5岁以下儿童死亡521例,死亡率为4.99‰。前三位死因为出生缺陷、新生儿疾病、意外死亡。长期坚持开展婚前检查、孕前优生检查、健康教育、孕期保健、产前筛查等干预措施,能够有效控制和降低0~4岁儿童的死亡率。

The research analyzes the death situation of children under the age of 5 years old in Qixia District,Nanjing City,explores the death cause and relative factors,and proposes relevant intervention countermeasures,in order to do well in health service of children under the age of 5 years old.Materials of dead children under the age of 5 years old in Qixia District,Nanjing City from 1996 to 2019 are retrospectively analyzed.There are 521 dead children under the age of 5 years old,and the mortality is 4.99‰.The top three causes of death are birth defect,diseases of newborn and accidental death.Long-term persistence of the development of intervention measures,such as premarital checkups,eugenics examination before pregnancy,health education,antenatal care and prenatal screening,can effectively control and reduce the morality of children of 0~4 years old.
