摘要
铁尾矿是一种固体工业废弃物,由于产量巨大,处理不易,现已对环境造成了负面的影响,如何有效的回收利用铁尾矿已经成为了亟待解决的难题。本文通过试验,来探究铁尾矿路用的可行性,通过在成型试件时压力荷载的变化,考查水泥改良铁尾矿干缩性能的影响。通过对数据分析得出以下结论:不同压实度下,水泥掺量为10%时的干缩值普遍为最小,而水泥掺量为6%时,在不同龄期下相较于其他水泥掺量比较稳定。
Iron tailings is a kind of solid industrial waste.Due to the huge output and difficult disposal,it has caused a negative impact on the environment.How to effectively recycle iron tailings has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,laboratory simulation test is used to explore the feasibility of using iron tailings on the road.Through the change of pressure load when forming the test piece,the influence of drying shrinkage performance of cement-modified iron tailings is examined.Through the analysis of the data results,the following conclusion is drawn.Under different compaction degrees,when the cement content is 10%,the drying shrinkage value is generally the smallest,and when the cement content is 6%,it is relatively stable compared to other cement content at different ages.
