Training Management Practice and Strategy about Resident Standardized Training Base under the Background of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

常态化疫情防控给住院医师规范化培训基地管理带来了新的挑战。从住院医师规范化培训基地基本条件、培训管理、师资管理、培训质量、保障措施等住培基地评估指标的几个方面为切入点,探讨疫情发生一年来住培基地管理实践中遇到的问题及应对方式;提出常态化疫情防控中住培管理新模式下,在做好疫情防控的同时,如何提升住培教学质量及管理效果的对策及建议。

The normalized epidemic prevention and control has brought new challenges to the management of resident standardized training base.This paper discussed the problems encountered in the management practice of resident training base and the corresponding ways since the outbreak of the epidemic from the basic conditions of resident standardized training base,training management,teacher management,training quality,security measures and other aspects of the evaluation index of resident training base.It gave the new mode of resident training management under the normal epidemic prevention and control.The paper elucidated how to improve the teaching quality and management effect of residential training while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
