新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情与儿科学专业学生职业认同的关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情与儿科学专业学生职业认同之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,对某医科大学476名儿科专业本科生就新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对其专业认识、学习兴趣及未来工作期望是否存在影响及疫情后的职业认同情况、父母态度等进行调查,并分析其相关性。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对大多数儿科学专业学生的专业认识、学习兴趣和未来工作期望产生了影响,疫情后学生职业认同及其各维度得分总体处于中等偏上水平,父母态度与学生职业认同存在显著的相关关系。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情后大多数儿科学专业学生的学习动机有所增强,学生职业认同处于中等偏上水平且与父母的态度相关。 Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between COVID-19 and professional attitude of pediatric students.Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate whether COVID-19 and parents'attitude affected the professional attitude of pediatric students.Results The results of 459 valid questionnaires showed that the most of students were affected by COVID-19 in the professional understanding,learning interest and job expectancy.The scores of students'professional attitude were above average level after the outbreak.There was a significant correlation between parents'attitude and students'professional attitude.Conclusion After the outbreak of COVID-19,the study motivation of most students is enhanced,and parents'attitude significantly affect their professional attitude.
