摘要
按照《幼儿园园长专业标准》中的规划幼儿园发展、营造育人文化、领导保育教育、引领教师成长、优化内部管理、调适外部环境六大职责为内容进行问卷调查,结果发现:不同类型的园长在领导课程教学、调适外部环境方面及总领导力方面存在极其显著的差异,其余四方面差异不显著,因此针对性提出了亟增强园长教育教学专业知识的培训、为其专业成长、园所发展搭建平台等四大对策与建议。
According to the professional standards for kindergarten heads,the questionnaire survey was conducted on the six responsibilities of planning kindergarten development,creating education culture,leading care education,leading teachers’growth,optimizing internal management and adjusting external environment.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences among different types of kindergarten heads in guiding curriculum teaching,adjusting external environment and overall leadership.There were no significant differences in the other four aspects.Therefore,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the professional knowledge training of kindergarten directors,building a platform for their professional growth and kindergarten development.
