摘要
结合三河尖煤矿7142工作面的基本情况,分析该工作面主要冲击危险因素(基本顶初次来压,该工作面终采线和邻工作面终采线),划定出冲击危险区域。通过工作面回采前采用顶板深孔预裂爆破和回采过程中采用大直径钻孔卸压技术,卸压效果是电磁监测强度降低和钻屑检测中煤粉颗粒组成正常,有效降低工作面冲击区域危险,实现工作面安全回采。
Combined with the basic situation of 7142 working face in Sanhejian Coal Mine,the main impact risk factors of the working face were analyzed(the first pressure from the basic roof,the final mining line of the working face and the final mining line of the adjacent working face),and the impact risk area was delimited.Through the roof deep hole presplitting blasting before mining and the large diameter drilling pressure relief technology in the mining process,the pressure relief effect was that the intensity of electromagnetic monitoring was reduced and the composition of pulverized coal particles in the drilling cuttings detection was normal,which effectively reduced the risk of the impact area of the working face and realizes the safe mining of the working face.
