摘要
煤层分岔区应力条件复杂,工作面回采至该区域时,给工作面生产带来一定的危险。通过对比分析该区域前后的微震发生频次、总能量等监测数据,在煤层分岔区域受到采动应力影响时,工作面冲击危险性显著增高,工作面两侧巷道应力最大值变化区明显不同,且带式输送机巷应力最大值出现的区域大于二号回风巷,周期来压步距明显减小,来压强度明显增强。根据监测数据分析结果,对大直径钻孔卸压参数进行设计,制定了适用于该工作面的卸压方案。研究成果可为类似条件下的矿井工作面回采提供参考依据。
The stress conditions in the bifurcation area of the coal seam are complex,and when the working face is mined to this area,it will bring certain dangers to the production of the working face.By comparing and analyzing the monitoring data of microseismic frequency and total energy before and after the area,when the coal seam bifurcation area was affected by mining stress,the impact risk of the working face was significantly increased,and the maximum change area of the roadway stress on both sides of the working face was obviously different.In addition,the area where the maximum stress of the belt conveyor lane appears was larger than that of the No.2 return air lane,the periodic pressure step distance was significantly reduced,and the pressure strength was significantly enhanced.According to the analysis results of the monitoring data,the pressure relief parameters of the large-diameter borehole were designed,and a pressure relief plan suitable for the working face was formulated.The research results could provide a reference for the mining face under similar conditions.
