摘要
针对船用脱硫系统型式多、供应商多,设计差异大现状,以20万t级散货船为例,选取混合式系统,分析设备布置、主要管路设计、舱室设计以及机舱棚结构的通用性设计等方面的特点,给出该系统的较优布置方案,对比表明,相同吨位级别的船舶,其脱硫系统设计具有相似性,通过对某些关键影响因素的共性化处理,能有效提高设计方案通用性。
In view of the current situation of various SOx cleaning system types,suppliers and design differences,a general solution to meet different application is urgently needed.Taking 200000 t bulk carriers as the research object,the hybrid system was selected;the characteristics and requirements in the aspects of equipment layout,main pipeline design,cabin design and general design of engine room structure were analyzed so as to set forth a optimal layout scheme.It was shown that the design of SOx cleaning system for ships of the similar tonnage has great similarity,and the generality of the scheme can be effectively improved by the generic treatment of some key influencing factors.
