船用节能导管总组定位方法改进

摘要 分析船用节能导管定位过程中的影响因素,利用三维调整仪顶升来代替龙门吊,改进节能导管的定位工装,采用对节能导管进行预先切割余量,改进后可减少龙门吊的吊装次数,节省吊装时间,应用辅助平面的放样方法来确定余量数据能够做到无余量吊装,可优化节能导管的总组定位方法,有效地解决了节能导管难吊装、难定位、难到位的三难问题。 The factors affecting the time and quality of positioning for marine energy-saving duct was analyzed to put forward the improved scheme.The advanced three-dimensional regulator was used to lift the ducts instead of gantry crane;and the positioning tooling was improved.The construction method of cutting margin in advance was proposed.After these improvements,the hoisting times of the gantry crane were reduced and the hoisting time was saved.The lofting method of auxiliary plane was proposed to determine the margin data,which can realize the hoisting without margin.By this optimal positioning method for general assembly of energy-saving ducts,three difficult problems of hoisting,positioning and positioning for energy-saving ducts can be solved.
