船舶脱硫塔中双相不锈钢焊接工艺

Welding Technology of Duplex Stainless Steel in Marine Desulfurization Tower

针对将双相不锈钢应用于船舶脱硫塔但目前无相关焊接工艺经验的问题,以ABS船级社规范为标准,按《锅炉及压力容器规范ASME IX卷》的要求设计焊接工艺并进行工艺评定试验,结果表明,采用所设计的焊接工艺,得到的焊缝各项性能符合船级社规范要求。

In view of the problem that duplex stainless steel is used as a new material in ship desulfurization tower but there is no relevant welding process support,taking ABS classification society rules as the standard,the welding process was designed and the process qualification test was carried out according to the requirements of ASME IX Code for Boilers and Pressure Vessels.The results showed that the properties of the weld obtained by the designed welding process meet the rules’requirements of the classification society.
