公众媒介使用情况对政府环境保护工作满意度的影响——基于CGSS 2015数据的实证分析

Research on the impact of public media usage on the satisfaction with government environmental protection--Empirical analysis based on CGSS 2015 data

基于CGSS 2015数据,采用有序Probit模型实证分析公众媒介使用情况对政府环境保护工作满意度的影响及其城乡差异。研究发现:公众传统媒介使用情况和新媒介使用情况分别显著正向和显著负向影响政府环境保护工作满意度;公众媒介使用情况对政府环境保护工作满意度影响的城乡差异显著。据此,应进一步转变传统媒介在环境信息传播中的角色定位,规范新媒介在环境信息传播中的内容导向,以构建有序循环的"政府—媒介—公众"对话体系,提升政府环境保护工作效率。

Based on CGSS 2015 data,the ordered Probit model is adopted to empirically analyze the impact of public media usage on the satisfaction with government environmental protection and the urban-rural differences.The results show that traditional media usage has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction with government environmental protection,while new media usage has a significant negative impact on the satisfaction with government environmental protection.The impact of public media usage on the satisfaction with government environmental protection varies significantly between urban and rural areas.Accordingly,it is suggested to further change the role of traditional media and standardize the content orientation of new media in the dissemination of environmental information,so as to build an orderly and circular"government-media-public"dialogue system and improve the efficiency of governments′environmental protection.
