经颅磁电疗仪治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征价值评估 被引量:2

The clinical effects of transcranial magnetic electrotherapy on shoulder hand syndrome after cerebral stroke

摘要 目的评估经颅磁电疗仪对脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法选取脑卒中后并发肩手综合征患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组单纯应用康复锻炼对患者进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用经颅磁电疗仪的重复性磁刺激对患者脑卒中后肩手综合征进行治疗。比较患者治疗前、后VAS评分,水肿评分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分的变化及不同分组的评分。结果对照组患者有效率89.3%;观察组患者有效率为96.4%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后VAS评分、水肿评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁电疗仪联合康复锻炼明显改善肩手综合征患者的预后,有助于患者生活质量提高。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of transcranial magnetic electrotherapy on shoulder hand syndrome after cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 56 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after cerebral stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by rehabilitation exercise,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by repetitive magnetic stimulation with transcranial magnetic electro-therapeutic apparatus.The changes of VAS score,edema score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in control group was 89.3%,which in observation group was 96.4%,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment the VAS scores,edema scores and Fugl-Meyer motor function scores in observation group were significantly different from those before treatment and those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The transcranial magnetic electrotherapy combined with rehabilitation exercise can significantly improvethe prognosis of patients with shoulder hand syndrome,which can improve the life quality of patients.
