原发性干燥综合征免疫机制的研究现状

Research current situation of immune mechanism of primary Sjogren’s syndrome

原发性干燥综合征(primary sjogren’s syndrome,pSS)是最常见的自身免疫性疾病之一。尽管目前发病机制尚不清楚,但免疫紊乱在该病发病机制中起着重要作用。本文从树突细胞的抗原递呈、巨噬细胞浸润和上皮屏障的功能缺陷、炎性小体的炎症介导讨论pSS的固有免疫机制。从B细胞(细胞亚群、B细胞激活因子、B淋巴细胞趋化因子)和T细胞(Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg、Tfh细胞)讨论pSS适应性免疫机制。从抗Ro抗体和抗La抗体等分析自身抗体机制,从固有免疫和适应性免疫的联系探讨干扰素的致病机制,并强调了免疫疗法在pSS治疗中的关键地位。

Primary sjogren’s syndrome(pSS)is one of the most common autoimmune diseases.Although the pathogenesis is not yet clear,immune disorders play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.This article discusses the innate immune mechanism of pSS from the aspect of dendritic cell antigen presentation,macrophage infiltration and epithelial barrier function defects,and inflammation-mediated inflammasome,and to discuss the adaptive immune mechanism of pSS from B cells(cell subsets,B cell activating factors,B lymphocyte chemokines)and T cells(Th1,Th2,Th17,Treg,Tfh cells).Moreover this article analyzes the autoantibody mechanism from anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody to explore the pathogenic mechanism of interferon from the relationship between innate immunity and adaptive immunity,and emphasize the key position of immunotherapy in treatment of pSS.
