协同护理对宫颈癌术后患者自我管理、生活质量、护理满意度的影响研究

Effects of collaborative nursing on the self-management,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with cervical cancer after surgery

目的分析协同护理对宫颈癌术后患者自我管理、生活质量、护理满意度的影响。方法选定2018年1月至2020年6月收治的200例宫颈癌手术患者,以双盲随机抽样法分组(每组样本容量100例),参照组采纳传统护理,试验组采纳协同护理,比较2组HPLP评分、SF-36评分、护理满意度。结果试验组护理后HPLP评分、SF-36评分均比参照组高,试验组护理满意度(97.00%)比参照组(85.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理可有效提高宫颈癌术后患者自我管理能力及生活质量,赢得患者认可与赞同,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effects of collaborative nursing on the self-management,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods Two hundred patients with cervical cancer surgery who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to double-blind random sampling,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by collaborative nursing.The HPLP score,SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the HPLP scores and SF-36 scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the nursing satisfaction in experimental group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than that(85.00%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability and life quality of patients with cervical cancer after surgery,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
